POLICY OF COMPANY
The Main Priority of Company is a care about the safe operation of the vessels of our Shipowners. We have an additional control regarding of the seafarers-violators and we restrict the ability of their work on the vessels of our Shipowners, due to our modern developed QMS program, using of which allows to increase the level of the safety at sea. To this program we added each seafarer from 2011 to our program, which had any significant violations of Alcohol & Drug Policy, Company’s Policy, discipline, discrepancy of the position held, discrimination of crew members, having the experience on the vessels of German, Greek, Turkish Shipowners. Even if the last contract of the seafarer was finished successful, we will see all information about his career during last 8 years. This program allows our staff to make a properly decision, regarding of which seafarer we can submit for approval, taking into account important safety and quality priorities. Objective of an implementation of a program in a Quality Management System is to provide safe practices in ships operation ensuring safe working environment. Means to achieve objectives are to identify risks and establish preventive measures against them, and to ensure continuity of development in safety management skills of personnel working under the system, including improvement of preparedness for emergencies related to safety and environmental protection.
Our professional activity satisfy to a high standard the MLC and fulfill all requirements necessary for successful management of this process.
All our Officers and Ratings are carefully selected to meet the specific requirements of Owners. Extensive interviews and testing attainments of a seafarers are undertaken to ensure we select competent, well trained and reliable ships personnel.
In addition we provide repairing and maintenance teams, consisting of skilled and certified welders, mechanic engineers, fitters and etc. for all types of Dry Cargo & Tanker vessels.
